COMMUNITY REPORT
Report a safety signal
Private identifying fields are encrypted and used for repeat-report matching. They are not displayed on the public community report.
PUBLIC SOURCE
Send a named source
If a court, government agency, established Bahamian news organization or another qualifying source names a person in a sexual-offence case, send the public source for indexing.
ACCURACY MATTERS
Request a correction or removal review
If a named record is wrong, outdated, belongs to the wrong person, has been acquitted, overturned, dismissed or otherwise legally changed, send a correction request with supporting documentation.
PROTECT PRIVATE INFORMATION
Do not identify victims unnecessarily.
Do not submit a victim's name, exact private address, phone number, intimate image, medical information or other unnecessary identifying information.
