Important: This is not the official Government of The Bahamas Sex Offender Register or Registry. Named profiles are based on qualifying public sources, and every case keeps its reported procedural status.

Exact legal status
Charges, allegations, acquittals, appeals and other case outcomes are labeled exactly as reported. A charge is not a conviction.
Unverified safety signal
Structured community reports are kept separate from named public-record profiles and are never presented as findings of guilt.

SOURCE STANDARD
Identity needs a source
- Every named profile is tied to a qualifying public source.
- Conviction, charge, allegation, acquittal and appeal status are not treated as interchangeable.
- Photos appear only when identity is sufficiently clear from a reliable public source or a supplied public-news image.
CORRECTIONS
Case status can change
If a record is outdated, belongs to the wrong person, has been acquitted, overturned, dismissed or otherwise changed, submit a correction with a supporting source.
